Who Will You Choose To Play With?

Be sure to invite your friends as a way to connect. Let’s face it. Your buddies may not want to receive calls and text messages for play calls right?

With this app you’ll know what the best calls are.

Play with Sports Heroes and Celebrities to Enhance your Experience.

Want to learn new sports to socialize with?

You can learn the game as you play. Not a fan of baseball? Get to know the game with the strike zone applications being applied in a live game setting.

Don’t understand Zone Blitz situations? Learn to call the defensive play at the right time in game situations.

These are just some of the perks to learning the live gameplay system.

Lost Because of the Lack of or loss of interest in Fantasy games during the post seasons?

This solves the problem of losing interest in individual stats and game decisions with a keen interest of all TEAM related activities.

When you think about the MLB post-season there are so many decisions based on the game strategy which makes it have the aspect of a game within a game. In what inning would you change the pitcher on the mount. Would you bunt on offense or walk the big hitter on defense?

If you like to watch the game in a different way, you won’t of course watch the free live football games, but the feel and flow of the game can be observed even without watching it due to restricted access at work, or in public places where it would not be appropriate to have a broadcast game on.

Fantasy Football 2 QB League Advice

If you want Fantasy Football 2 QB League Advice, this will get you what you need to stay competitive in your league.

I play yearly in a particular league with friends and at first I reaped no benefits and was dominated, utimately wondering the first year after drafting in this kid of PPR league, Why am I drafting B. Roethlisberger in the 5th round??

This was before Big Ben was putting up 4k + numbers, like in 2013 when he was being drafted in the 10th round and beyond in standard leagues. I never thought I wofootball-field-10-by-gunnar-heilmann fantasy football 2 qb league quarterback-clip-art-free-cliparts-that-you-can-download-to-you-E7I0YL-clipartuld have had to draft so many QB’s so early.

Caught off guard of course, I only managed to then obtain the likes of Alex Smith and other guys who are just backups, trying to catch someone on a good week.

Lets Consider the 2 QB League Strategy Metrics:

Though you do have the smallest variance in points scored from Numbers 1-12 ranked QBs compared to any other position in football, you have the largest number of points scored on a weekly basis than any other position. So if you miss on perhaps 1 of those in a 12 team league like the one I play in every year, if not trying to get 2 of the top 12, your total point add up will not be enough to suffice in the 2 qb league.

What those in your 2 QB league will likely try to do for their strategy.

Most likely those in your 2 QB league will try and grab 2 of those QB’s if they know what they are doing. So while the more that are in your league the more difficult it will naturally be to draft 2 of those top 12 guys, it will be very efficient to draft 2 guys in perhaps rounds 3 and 4 and probably come away with 2 really good PPR league WR’s and then go and get your 2 starting QB’s.

When to actually Pre-determine or pre-meditate your strategy position wise.

While most experts would highly ill-advise against a set way of drafting by position this can be a good strategy as long as everyone does not go crazy and actually draft all QB’s in the first round. If this starts to happen all through the 1st round you must improvise.. And quickly. There were a couple of QB’s who fell through the fist 2 round cracks, and that was Carson Palmer and Phillip Rivers, which allowed me to get DeAndre Hopkins and Alshon Jeffrey in the first 2 rounds. Actually, I did not draft QB’s until the 4th and 5th rounds. I got Jordy Nelson in the 3rd.

So basically you can wait until later but don’t wait any longer then the 5th round to pick up both starting QB’s in this league. the only thing I probably wish I would have done was drafted a backup, which I did not bother to do at all. Remember all the injuries QB’s face every year?

How to Maintain your Fantasy Football 2 QB league

Finally, maintaining your fantasy football 2 qb league, just run the league like you would normally any PPR or standard scoring league, and keep in mind, finding those weekly streaming options, trying to pick them up from waivers before others unless you do have a nice backup option. Also, consider rostering your QB’s backup, if he is prone to injury such as Tony Romo’s case.

Other not so common considerations:

What led to an even great dynamic to this particular league in later rounds was that this is a defensive player draft, of which most experts do not get into. It does though make for some interesting observations in later rounds, such as for this year, drafting Melvin Gordon in the 10th round believe it or not, who is one of the most consistent scoring players so far this year at RB.

Fantasy Football Starters of Consistency: Keys to Evaluating

Fantasy Football Starters for Consistency

Success in Fantasy Football depends on the rate of consistency of which players go about their performance. The Baseball hitter who is most consistent over the season is praised with a high batting average with which no one can argue. How though, can football players be accurately estimated as to their performance equaling production: Well, there’s not a really easy way to determine basic fantasy football stats. Let’s take a look though, at a scenario here of two running backs with limited experience:  Which of the two running backs listed below was the more valuable fantasy running back so far this season in 5 games?

A. Melvin Gordon
B. Tevin Coleman
C. Equally valuable
D. More info is needed to make a decision on this fantasy lineup

While fundamentally, you could make an argument for Melvin Gordon, simply based on the volume of carries and workload he currently has in San Diego. But the first argument to that is based on whether your involved in a season long commitment or a daily fantasy football league. Both could be equally valuable in many standard or PPR leagues. The best answer though here, would be D.

Even though both players have virtually the same total stats on average with the mean calculation, they have different variations on their fantasy points scored in standard PPR Yahoo leagues, therefore need to be carefully chosen as to a week 6 and beyond fantasy starter.

Another way to see at it…

You could say, that the higher deviation from the mean average goes to Tevin Coleman, which shows below, a low of 5.0 points and a high of 32.0. Gordon breeds ideal consistency in fantasy football at least through the first 5 weeks. The more data you have, the better. Here is a summary of the 5 weeks from Yahoo PPR scoring on a few comparisons side by side:

Consistency with the Standard Deviation

If all things are equal the season long fantasy gamer will prefer Gordon so that he or she may obtain the consistent results by avoiding those downfalls in fantasy points during the season. The home run hitter is great to go for in season long leagues in which, for example only %5 of the team owners will win any prizes. This would be needed play, given the low probability of beating large numbers of opponents in many contests. Therefore that would entail going with Coleman and his big play potential..

The standard deviation as shown below, for Gordon is much smaller, making Coleman obviously more risky. Let’s next get into calculating this along with the CV

Standard Deviation and the Coefficient of Variation

The CV is found with this calculation: Standard Deviation/Mean. For help on actually getting the Standard Deviation first  Click Here for that, just type in the all week’s fantasy points  once you have both calculations, you can compare the numbers more efficiently.

For Tevin Coleman, the CV is 0.56, which says that the standard deviation is 56% of the mean. Larger CV’s mean that they are going farther from the mean on a weekly basis, and that is not good for consistency.

For Melvin Gordon, the CV is 0.23. The smaller CV from the mean obviously means that Gordon is more consistent in scoring fantasy points.

The next thing to consider as a key to fantasy success in scoring you want to consider the matchup that the chosen player has against his defense as to whether the difficulty of the matchup merits letting his performance rip this week.

Yahoo also has a nice tool, where you can research the fantasy points scored against fro a particular defense, where you can see how the defense is doing against running backs, wide receivers, quarterbacks, and even tight ends. With this data, as it progresses on during the season, gets more reliable and accurate, and is a measureable on how tough the defense your players actually is.

Don’t forget too, to always keep tabs on touches, meaning targets the player receives along with carries in the run game. This can be found on any stat compilation on many sports sites.

With all of this in mind are you ready for your week 6 matchups and beyond?

Fantasy Football PPR Sleepers for the Week: Week 5

If your looking for Fantasy Football PPR Sleepers for the week, this should help you as I have a weekly Post of which you will be able to compete in most daily fantasy leagues. Always check your league rules or setting for the actual scoring including PPR setup.

I had a lot of success in daily fantasy leagues in week 3 of the regular season, in part to my own lineup advice from this post for that week:

Free Fantasy Football Advice Post

So I will do my very best to duplicate those efforts at the bottom of this post for my lineup set for week 5 using the same format..

Which players this week might win you with if you want to win $2, $10, or even $100,000?

Well, theres no easy answer but here are some defnite ideas for rostering your salary cap team..

Maybe keep away from teams playing in hurricanes. Only the Miami Hurricanes could withstand the pressures of a storm of great magnitude. Lol.

Bell: RB Steelers:

As I have been saying in other posts and updates, one of the best and even safest players this week as well as others it Levon Bell. He split out wide last week so therefore, he cannot be stopped, since those big tackles in the middle can’t always account for him stepping out of the backfield, so for starting with a high priced player this one is worth it.

Derek Anderson: Panthers QB

Yes, I am using a backup QB this week in some leagues. Since Cameron Newton is out for the thu. night matchup, I have a good feeling this will at least be an interesting one. Some people/experts say Anderson is not one of the best pickups of the week, that there are better ones such as Carson Wetz, or Brian Hoyer. I believe Anderson has a good chance proven not only with his performance except for an interception at the end but also because Carolina does not have another reliable runner besides Cam.

Of course this is all assuming Cam will not play. If he does i have another decent value pick and that is:

Drew Stant0n: Stanton is another one that can provide you great value, instead of spending

So here goes the lineup: Week 5

QB: Anderson or Stanton

RB: Le’Veon Bell

RB: Melvin Gordon

WR: Brandon Marshall

WR: Emanual Sanders

WR: Jarvis Landry

TE: Zack Miller

K: J. Brown

D/ST: Vikings

FLEX: Amari Cooper or Theo Riddick or Jordan Howard

A little explanation here:

The vikings are obvious: how could you pass on the best defense for a good price and against a struggling Texans defense.

Zack Miller is not a bad pick along with Brian Hoyer if you even want to switch off to this duo.

Amari Cooper may be a question here for some, but I believe it depends on the actual reliability of M. Crabtree sustaining the success he’s had thus far. While I do believe Crabtree should get more credit, they will make an effort to get back to Cooper this week against a good matchup, they need to up his confidence.

Also Howard is a good flex volume player along with Landry and Sanders, no matter who the QB is, if you need a lottery sleeper. If you don’t feel comfortable with Sanders in that situation, you could go with Terrel Pryor I suppose for pure volume as long as he can withstand the Pats defense.

Marshall I believe will get easy targets against those smaller CB’s for the Steelers. Gordon is getting to be very consistent week to week.

Daily Fantasy Football Tips, Picks, and Strategy

In order to give today’s best of daily fantasy football tips, picks, and strategy, let’s first focus on the Strategy and go from there.

Let’s go ahead and eliminate a few teams from actual fantasy gameplay this week:

Lions, Rams, Browns, Broncos, and Raiders.

Why???????????????????????????????????

Well, even though Marvin Jones may have brought you a great win last week, along with Stafford, Latavius Murray, and/or Emanuel Sanders, Demarius Thomas, and maybe even Terell Pryor, the multi position athlete, these teams all have a major disadvantage:

2nd week in a row on the road. They are getting tired. Don’t expect these players to be as good as they were last week as a word of caution unless their price is right in daily fantasy or they are your reliable starters at this point of a season long league.

There are much better options for DFS, so lets get to the tips part here:

Continuing the process of elimination:

Why go for those teams that are likely to struggle against teams with towering defesnes?

Such as the Vikings, Cheifs, Patriots, Cardinals, Panthers, and Broncos right?

These teams also are scoring well defenively as another tip..

This is where it get HOT because I don’t believe most fantasy guru experts give this kind of advice. They would rather keep it to themselves and tell you to a few guys that they believe you can sit or start instead of giving you the full picture of how to pick multiple players out of a pool of ready, reliable, and great matchup players for the week.

Any number of players from these teams could turn out well for you this week.

Keep in mind these key Player/Team situations:

Bills @ Pats:

If you take anyone in this game, please make sure it is a running back that can dominate the game. Those should be obvious choices. The defenses will overtake this game and the passing game should not be let loose especially considering the QB situation in New England.

Next, consider the redskins who go up against the browns in a favorable matchup. Cleveland got torched by the slot receiver, Jarvis Landy, and Devonte Parker had a TD. Will the same happen in Cincy? not likely. This is a bit better defense. Let’s get Deshawn Jackson some credit for being a consistent deep threat who seems ready and healthy enough to go this week along with J. Crowder who is the slot guy there for mismatches.

Lastly 2 teams that have had their struggles in the Saints and Chargers. The Saints defense everyone agrees is bad and should allow the Bolts to find their rhythm but the Chargers defense is underrated even with the loss of Mante Toi, their LB, the New draft pick from Ohio State may start to make an impact. Look for the Chargers to duplicate similar results as the falcons did Monday night.

Lastly the Ravens should continue the overall success they have been having except for their running game:

Free Fantasy Football Advice: Be a Backup QB

Until you have mastered the art of fantasy football over a consistent period of years, you may want to take a lesson from Back up QB’s for your free fantasy football advice. There will be Free fantasy advice toward the end of this entry after the philosophical part.

Why would you want to take a lesson from a bench rider???

Well, you might want to consider some things it takes for a moment to be considered a good quality backup these days. Take a lesson from Shaun Hill. Forget that he did not hold onto the starting job. He IS now a great backup to Sam Bradford. Why?

Be Ready To Play.
Be Ready To Play.

Because he takes it as a constant professional. The diligent preparation makes him a master crafter of this game based on what he would do if he were in that situation the starting QB is going through at the moment, always ready for the chance to go into the game.

The number one lesson he has for young players he mentors is: Keep your helmet on. This shows that you are prepared and ready to go in, never losing your helmet and the signals that come in through that helmet, so that you don’t have to borrow someone else’s to get into the game.

Kinda like trading stocks, the one who gains the most in educated real time experience wins before he go out and actually does trading. The one who gets the practice before real time is prepared to win.

Hill takes time before and during every play to call the shots, making sure that his imaginary team is understanding his calls as he calls them out loud to know one listening. So it will take time, just call out your best matchups and stay consistent with your own strategy that works for you.

Free Fantasy Football Advice:

Become the Professional GM, Managing your teams Risks, Upsides, Aging, and other factors. With that said, the key thing with this time of year is recognizing which players are just good for the 2 weeks we have had so far and which ones will consistently be good going forward, working out potential trades and benching and/or waiver pickups for season long leagues.

Since RB is at such a scarcity right now, I hope you have backed those guys up with a handcuff, or the replacement player. If not you may be able to trade a deeper position for a RB such as WR, although to initiate these trades you may have to give up a WR of somewhat greater value to obtain the position of need but that’s ok. There aren’t enough RB’s out there from waivers to pick one up that may be effective unless you have stockpiled those. If you have not done so, then others have in your league.

Players coming back from suspensions:

Just to keep a heads up on these superstar caliber players, most owners will not want to give up Leveon Bell, Josh Gordon, and Tom Brady. These players I believe though will play major roles due to the injuries of their teams. Their roles will be in an increased type of role.

The browns will have to find someone in the meantime to pick up the slack for Corey Coleman missing a few weeks. Terell Pryor and Andrew Hawkins are the only options here it seems. They rookies they have don’t seem ready unless they want Ricardo Louis to get significant experience, he could be a sleeper.

Fantasy Football Matchups That Allow Success for These Players: Cheatsheet

This may be a team you could consider in DFS leagues or if you have them in season long, you are good.

RB  Eddie Lacey

RB Melvin Gordon

Fantasy Football Weekly Rankings: Week 2

Keeping in mind some valuable insights into fantasy football weekly rankings, per potential game flow, or lack of, here are some matchups to keep in mind according to games in order of most scoring potential:

Saints @ Giants:

Some star QB play will show here as it is safe to start one of these rocks who know how to sling it. The Giants have enough corners to cover all of these threats, and shut down D. Bryant last week. With C. Fleener not catching many targets last week, and cutting CJ Spiller who will the Saints turn to? How about Michael Thomas one on one with Eli Apple. Someone will have to break free. I think the Giants can use the

Jaguars @ Chargers

This game will have teams almost mirroring each other in points scored in a high scoring and probably close matchup. Both teams have good corners but the Chargers have the weakness at WR until or unless someone can step up besides T. Benjamin. I look for all those safeties on the Jags to create problems for the Chargers as well in both run and pass.

Once again these 2 teams had a hard time stopping teams last week and the same should continue allowing plenty of points from these clubs. I would hate to say it but A. Cooper could get shut down by Oakland’s #1 corner here.

So these are the fantasy football weekly rankings for week 2.

And we stop here since, it takes only a few high scoring games to make it big in fantasy for the week. If you are banking on a player from one of those low scoring games, best to you, but make it a RB in the case of a good defensive battle. Those are the fundamentals of the fantasy game so keep in line with this philosophy when it comes to receivers, including ones that cannot be shut down and sleepers who are worth some risk as a flex or third WR spot on your managed fantasy roster.

Week 1 fantasy football projections

According to NFL Schedule for week 1 fantasy football projections, here is what we can project for these games on the week 1 fantasy football projections for any league really. This this give you a starting idea of what to expect philosophically.

Fantasy Football Week 1: week fantasy football projections

Thu. Game:

Panthers @ Broncos:

Don’t expect a lot from this grudge match, as defensive minded teams go after ball control:

In ball control offenses, the bulk of the workload should go to the RB’s for the Broncos, and split between the QB’s and RB’s for the Panthers. No one is thrilled about J. Stewart but he is still their #1 option. It will be interesting to see if anyone else gets involved besides Cam. Also how much will will Simeon be throwing.

Ready for Some Big Boy Action??? See one of the links on the upper right to play

Sunday Games:

Vikings @ Titans:

With Bridgewater out,  It will still be interesting to see which receivers will be used most frequently for targets on both teams. The Vikes may be able to neutralize the Titans 3 man running attack and put Mariota in the pocket and see what happens with the receiver options

Bears @ Texans

Establishing the running games will be important here as well but look for a potential shootout caused by the Bears inability to generate much offense at this time. If they can get the passing game going to get caught up, as a result of the Texans being fairly highly favored, it could end up as catch up to the clock time IF they can overcome a stout Texans Defense

Browns @ Eagles

It seems like the Browns will be better at first then the Eagles on offense.

Both Defenses could use a lot of improvement. Look for the kickers to make an impact here. I don’t mention kickers much but Parkey and Crooms should be pretty good in this game. I believe those are the guys there.

Bills @ Ravens

Bills fans hope for better runners behind McCoy so let’s see what combination they use here but for now, McCoy should be good against this defense I would think and could be underrated when healthy along with Taylor at QB for this game. No one knows what to expect of the Ravens offense except for one consistent: Flacco.

Chargers @ Chiefs

If your going to build a championship team you’ve got to start with the QB. What does this have to do with a fantasy matchup. Nothing directly, just wanted to mention these teams must rely on their QB’s more until consistency shows up with RB’s on both team. Not a matchup that would seem to score a lot of points this week.

Raiders @ Saints

These teams QB’s are also in a good position with many different receiver sets to choose from. Can the raiders highly rated defense this year slow down D. Brees? Look for L. Murray to probably have a beast type game, which he has the potential for running past this defense.

Ready to Play with the Big Boys? See one the links to the Right >>>>>>>>

Buccaneers @ Falcons  2016 week 1 fantasy projections

How will a good Buccaneers offense as shown in the preseason, do against a defense that has added pass rushers now? Winston seems ready for the challenge. I’m interested in seeing if/when the falcons get to the goal line, who will be in at RB.

Bengals @ Jets

This is a game designed for PPR leagues with RB’s gaining a bunch of yards. Forte is known for this and Bernard is ready to take more targets as a result of loosing a couple receivers there. Not sure the bengals will get much else moving against one of the great NFL defenses.

Packers @ Jaguars

Packers will be saying thank you Jordy Nelson Ranall Cobb, and Jered Cooks as they seemed poised to help this offense out. The youngsters on jaguars side will have a challenge. Maybe Ivory can get goal line work.

Dolphins @ Seahawks

Such a test for this Dolphins offense. I would not expect too much of this on this road game against what is still a good defense. Not sure what else to say on this one except that R. Wilson should consistently get his way unless that high priced line of Miami can slow him.

Giants @ Cowboys

The game of star receivers is here and this game holds a lot of value for fantasy owners, but with Romo already in question, this may be a re-accurring theme unless Dak Prescott can really give them half of what Romo really brings in his overall game. The Boys do look though, like they could key in on OBJ and not worry so much about the rest of the G-Men.

Lions @ Colts

This Colts defense seemed to consistently get rolled over in the pre-season so look for the Stafford to Marvin Jones expected connection to start early. Not a bad low entry play for any league. Colts offense will be heavily passing.

Patriots @ Cardinals

Looks like a great matchup of quality teams. Who will the Patriots key in on slowing down? Lots of weapons. And the same goes for the Patriots. This is a Super Bowl type matchup with the biggest stars here stepping up, like Gronk and Fitz.

Steelers @ Redskins

The linebackers on both of these teams are gooood. That makes it a little difficult in the running game. Look for DeShaun Jackson to get deep.

Rams @ 49ers

Both of these teams must look to new way to create offense and especially interesting is the up tempo 9er offensive and how many plays they will start running. Look for Carlos Hyde and Torry Smith to have overinflated numbers because of this at this time. Very underrated in most fantasy drafts as s few players will produce in this offense.

AJ Green

The riskiest player here in my eyes at this time is Bryant. Who else could have a chance to move up into this list? There is a very real change for Alshon Jeffrey and Jordy Nelson here.

And Lastly, these TE’s should score 130+ Points:

Rob Gronkowski

Jordan Reed

Greg Olsen

I don’t want to leave out Travis Kelce here, if he can just get more consistent throughout the year. Many of his points were in the first few games last year.

When projecting these players many of them are going to have a chance to really make an impact because of the quality of talent and skill around them. Ezekiel Elliott is a real threat to be worthy of a first round fantasy pick. There is risk with a rookie always living up to potential but the upside is great with him and this Dallas offensive line, which is the best in the league.

This is really all part of the fun of fantasy sports for beginners and long seasoned veterans. Play with free player projections or play at your own risk. Its up to you. Compare these to sources for Daily action during the season without the season long grind of commitment.
